Elderflower cordial has a subtle, herbaceous flavour that is both refreshing and delicious especially when paired light spirits or dry sparkling wine.
We like it with a splash of dry gin and some fresh lime but if you prefer a bit of sparkling, try adding some soda water to the mix.
Sparkling wine blended with a splash of elderflower cordial and some freshly cut strawberries is another great option.
