A fish focused edition of Snack & Facts. Be treated to sustainable seafood snacks & bubbles by chef Alanna Sapwell (Esmay/former head chef of ARC & Saint Peter).
Sapwell will give her honest guidance on better choices & what to avoid when eating seafood, so that we can all help ensure fish for the future. She’ll demonstrate easy ways you can implement this at home, and you’ll leave with a goodie bag to assist.
