In 1996 Jocelyn’s Provisions was a tiny shop with a small but productive adjacent kitchen in James Street.  Selling a daily range of delicious sweet and savoury baked goods, the past thirty years has seen the brand go from strength to strength, opening stores in and around Brisbane, the range of products burgeoning to meet the increasing demands of our loyal clientele.  

Open 7 days and still located in James Street as well as Camp Hill, Albion and Toowong (watch this space for announcements of more locations in the new year!), drop in for one of our award winning pies or sausage rolls, served piping hot or chilled to have later, a delicious sandwich made on our housemade sourdoughs and ficelles and grab a bar cake or some delicious provisions to share with your colleagues.  

Jocelyn’s also offers products for home and corporate catering, specialty, bespoke occasion cakes, a weekly menu of ready-to-go meals as well as our Take & Bake range of frozen products including lasagnes, family pies and pithiviers as well as croissants and party food all made inhouse from best quality, locally sourced ingredients.  

Cakes are where we began and, while our range and reach has grown, you have been adamant that our signature buttercakes, featherweight chocolate roulades, decadent cheesecakes, slices, brownies, cupcakes and more, all available fresh and decorated in-store daily, is still the most delicious option for a birthday or any celebration.  

The shelves of all our stores are groaning with our housemade provisions from choc chip and nut cookies to our famous parmesan rounds, granola, rocky road, nougat and florentines, meringues and biscotti, all packaged like little gifts and ready to go.
