Established in 1996...

Here at Jocelyn's Provisions, our chefs have been bustling away, crafting the artisan cakes, bread, pastries and provisions for which we've managed to garner a nationwide reputation. We source the finest ingredients, baking using our traditional recipes so as to create beloved products which retain that old world charm. We're constantly producing new concoctions to try out with the occasional weekend special showcasing our newest ideas and inventions. Over the last two decades we've expanded our presence, now proudly owning four stores filled with delicious treats for our much customers.

Our pastry chefs can be found creating our signature products in our main commercial kitchen, alongside our retail store in Brisbane's inner city suburb of Albion, which many of you frequent. In addition to freshly baked cakes and pastries, you'll find all of our packaged items - biscuits, chocolates, nougat, panforte and preserves are made with the same love and care in our kitchen, packaged in-store.

With our bread bakery located next door to the main kitchen, our head baker lives and breathes bread, using only quality grains to create our sourdough, baguettes, ciabatta and seeded loaves, as well as a delicious assortment of buttery pastries. Each loaf is an exceptional example of its variety: the sourdough has a thick crust and a distinct tang, baguettes are crisp-not-flaky with an elastic crumb, and ciabattas have a moist crumb complimented by a chewy crust.
