RETAIL

Camp Hill Team Leader - Full Time

We are looking for a full-time Team Leader for our Camp Hill store (Tuesday to Saturday). You’ll work independently midweek, so being proactive and well-organised is a must. On Fridays and Saturdays, you’ll lead and support the team, helping to train junior staff. Management experience is a bonus, and strong time management is essential.

James Street Team Member - Full Time

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused full-time team member to join our James Street store. If you love great food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy delivering exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you! Retail or hospitality experience preferred.

KITCHEN

Savoury Cook / Production Chef

Full-time salaried position. Working Monday to Friday with 1:30pm starts. Produce and pack our range of quiche, tortilla and frittatas and other savoury items for our stores, wholesalers and retail customers. Must have experience in a similar role, no qualifications need but is considered an advantage.

Apprentice Pastry Chef - 1st Year

Full time position, weekend work required with earliest start at 6:00am or latest start at 2:00pm. Looking for someone with a passion for cakes and pastries, no experience is necessary but any is considered an advantage. The successful applicant will obtain a Certificate 3 in cake and pastry, this is a three year degree.

BAKERY

Senior Baker

Full-Time | Early Starts | No Split Shifts

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Baker to lead the production of our artisan bread range. This role involves overseeing the preparation of high hydration, slow ferment sourdoughs, ensuring consistency in quality and flavour. You’ll also produce a variety of artisan breads including baguettes, dark rye, and ciabatta, as well as occasionally contribute to our viennoiserie range such as croissants and Danish pastries. In addition to hands-on baking, you’ll manage inventory, maintain ingredient quality, and minimise waste. A key part of this role is mentoring and training apprentices and junior bakers, while upholding strict standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation in the workspace.

You’ll be working alongside highly experienced pastry chefs and bakers in a state-of-the-art, air-conditioned facility with great working conditions and no split shifts. Trade qualifications are considered an advantage.
