ADMIN

Brand & Content Coordinator

Brisbane | Full-time

Jocelyn’s Provisions is now hiring a full-time Brand & Content Coordinator to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone creative, highly organised, and excited about shaping how our brand looks and feels across every touchpoint. From product shoots and campaigns to packaging, in-store visuals and online content — you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life. You’ll be supported by a Marketing Assistant and work closely with our admin team, Retail Manager and General Manager across creative, planning and day-to-day operations. And ideally… someone who enjoys a sweet treat or two. We are a bakery, after all.

About the role:

This is a hands-on, small-business role suited to someone early to mid-career who enjoys variety — blending creative work with real operational responsibility. Alongside content and brand projects, this role includes ongoing admin and coordination tasks that support the wider business. With our 30-year milestone this year, you’ll also play a key role in content, campaigns and creative planning for this celebration.

What you’ll be doing:

Creative & Brand

  • Producing photo and video content across products, stores, campaigns and launches
  • Designing creative assets for digital, print and packaging
  • Leading day-to-day brand and content execution
  • Supporting brand campaigns from concept through to rollout

Coordination & Admin

  • Working with a Marketing Assistant to plan and deliver content
  • Maintaining content calendars, asset libraries and brand consistency
  • Customer service support, including answering phones and handling general enquiries
  • Running reports and assisting with marketing/admin documentation
  • Managing labels and packaging artwork
  • Liaising with printers and suppliers to coordinate brand assets and labels
  • Working closely with the admin team, Retail Manager and General Manager on priorities and planning
  • Managing and updating website content

This role is perfect for someone who has:

  • A strong eye for style, detail and visual storytelling
  • Proven experience in photography and content creation
  • Strong Adobe Illustrator skills (essential)
  • Experience with Photoshop and InDesign
  • Confidence creating content that feels modern, fresh and on-brand
  • Excellent organisational and admin skills
  • Comfort balancing creative projects with operational tasks
  • A proactive mindset and enjoyment working in a small, fast-moving team

KITCHEN

Pastry Chef (Pastry Production / Savoury) | Full time

We’re hiring a full-time Pastry Chef for our pastry production team. This salaried role is 40 hours per week, across five days with two consecutive days off. Shifts begin around 10-11am, Tuesday - Saturday.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualification as a Pastry chef or extensive experience working in a similar position. (Min. 1-2 years full-time experience as a qualified pastry chef).
  • You will be required to assist in the production of our range of pastries for pies, sausage rolls and sweet & savoury tart shells - Puff pastry, Brisée pastry, Sour cream pastry, Brioche pastry and Shortcrust pastry.
  • Assist with the filling and making of pie's & sausage rolls.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team, self motivated and hardworking.
  • Train and mentor apprentices and new staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

PORTERS

Experienced Delivery Driver  | Casual

We are currently looking for an experienced delivery driver to join our team. Your role will include packing and unloading deliveries (in a van) from our commercial kitchen and adjoining bakery to our other retail stores. You will also be required to deliver wedding cakes, corporate orders to clients, as well as daily deliveries to our wholesale customers all over Brisbane.

This is a casual position, 5 day working week (25-30 hours a week) with the option of 6 days a week if you want more hours. Early starts (3:30am) & early finishes. We are a 7-day operation so this role will include weekday and weekend work. Must have your own reliable transportation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent customer service and time management
  • Great attention to detail, ensuring all customers receive their correct order and each & every product arrives in good condition.
  • A good knowledge of the Brisbane metro area and surrounds
  • A current drivers license with a good driving record
  • Experience in a similar position
  • The ability to keep track of any relevant paperwork/invoices/picking slips etc.
