Store Manager | Brisbane Area
We are looking for talented and driven retail leaders who would like to be considered for current and future Store Manager opportunities with Jocelyn’s Provisions.
As a Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading a passionate, customer-focused team and maintaining the high standards our stores are known for. You’ll be hands-on in daily operations, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service and creating a warm, welcoming environment for every customer.

RETAIL
Brisbane Area Team Member | Casual
We’re looking for friendly and reliable people to join our team across all Jocelyn’s Provisions stores.
You’ll work alongside a supportive team, delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment and helping customers choose from our range of beautiful, handcrafted products.
What we’re looking for:
- Weekday and weekend availability (30–35 hours per week)
- Experience in similar roles preferred but not required
- Coffee experience desirable
- A genuine passion for great food and service
RETAIL
James Street Team Member | Full Time
We are looking for a full-time team member to join our store, with full availability, including weekends on occasion. Coffee experience is desirable, but a passion for great customer service is essential.
You’ll be working alongside a supportive and highly energetic team who thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer service is the number one priority.

Toowong Supervisor | Full Time
We are looking for a full time member to join our new store. 5 days a week including 1 weekend day. Experience in similar retail roles is preferred. Coffee experience advantageous.

RETAIL
Albion Supervisor | Full Time
We are looking for a full time member to join our store. 5 days a week Sunday - Thursday. Experience in similar retail roles is preferred. Sunday's will be an admin focused role with some retail support.

KITCHEN
Pastry Chef (Pastry Production / Savoury) | Full time
We’re hiring a full-time Pastry Chef for our pastry production team. This salaried role is 40 hours per week, across five days with two consecutive days off. Shifts begin around 10-11am, Tuesday - Saturday.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualification as a Pastry chef or extensive experience working in a similar position. (Min. 1-2 years full-time experience as a qualified pastry chef).
- You will be required to assist in the production of our range of pastries for pies, sausage rolls and sweet & savoury tart shells - Puff pastry, Brisée pastry, Sour cream pastry, Brioche pastry and Shortcrust pastry.
- Assist with the filling and making of pie's & sausage rolls.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team, self motivated and hardworking.
- Train and mentor apprentices and new staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
PORTERS
Experienced Delivery Driver | Casual
We are currently looking for an experienced delivery driver to join our team. Your role will include packing and unloading deliveries (in a van) from our commercial kitchen and adjoining bakery to our other retail stores. You will also be required to deliver wedding cakes, corporate orders to clients, as well as daily deliveries to our wholesale customers all over Brisbane.
This is a casual position, 5 day working week (25-30 hours a week) with the option of 6 days a week if you want more hours. Early starts (3:30am) & early finishes. We are a 7-day operation so this role will include weekday and weekend work. Must have your own reliable transportation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent customer service and time management
- Great attention to detail, ensuring all customers receive their correct order and each & every product arrives in good condition.
- A good knowledge of the Brisbane metro area and surrounds
- A current drivers license with a good driving record
- Experience in a similar position
- The ability to keep track of any relevant paperwork/invoices/picking slips etc.
