Multi Site Retail Manager | Full Time

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead our retail teams, support our managers, and drive excellence across the business.

As Retail Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day retail operations across all stores, ensuring each location delivers on our promise of exceptional customer service, beautiful presentation, and operational consistency. You’ll spend time in each store weekly, mentoring and coaching managers and their teams, building a strong and engaged culture, and ensuring communication flows seamlessly between head office and our retail network.

Bread Baker | Full Time

This is a full-time, salaried position (40 hours per week), working five days on with two days off. Weekend work is required, and shifts are scheduled in the evening and overnight.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualification as a baker or extensive experience working in a bakery
  • Be able to mix, bake and hand shape high-hydration bread doughs (sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia etc.)
  • Make and bake viennoiserie items such as croissants, Danish pastries, and other baked goods.
  • Manage inventory for all baking ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality while minimising waste.
  • Train and mentor apprentices and bakers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Pastry Chef (Cake Production) | Full time

We’re hiring a full-time Pastry Chef for our cake production team. This salaried role is 40 hours per week, across five days with two days off. Shifts begin at 1pm, and weekend work is required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualification as a Pastry chef or extensive experience working in a similar position. (Min. 1-2 years full-time experience as a qualified pastry chef)
  • Making our range of cakes, roulades, tarts, pies, puddings and special occasion products (all made from scratch) Have a proven track record of speed and accuracy when working with a large scale of hand made products and able to remain calm and maintain high standards during busy periods.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team, self motivated and hardworking.
  • Train and mentor apprentices and new staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Pastry Chef / Decorator | Full Time

Join our decorating team in a full-time, salaried position (40 hours per week). The role runs five days on with two days off, with shifts starting at 2pm. Weekend work is required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualification as a Pastry chef or extensive experience working as a cake decorator. (Min. 1 year full-time experience as a qualified pastry chef)
  • Decorating cakes, cupcakes, special occasion cakes, multi-layered & bespoke creations for our retail locations, retail customer orders and wholesale customer orders.
  • Make multiple icings, frostings, butter creams, ganaches and fillings for our products.
  • Have a proven track record of speed and accuracy when working with large scale decoration and able to remain calm and maintain high standards during busy periods.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team, self motivated and hardworking.
  • Train and mentor apprentices and new staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
