At Jocelyn's Provisions, our chefs bustle away, crafting the artisan cakes, bread, pastries and provisions for which we've managed to earn a nationwide reputation. We source the finest ingredients, baking using our traditional recipes to create beloved products which retain that old world charm. We're constantly producing new creations to try out with the occasional weekend special showcasing our newest ideas and products. Approaching our third decade, we've expanded our presence, now proudly owning three stores, with more on the way, filled with delicious treats for our many customers.

Our pastry chefs can be found creating our signature products in our main kitchen, alongside our retail store in Brisbane's inner-city suburb of Albion, which many of you frequent. In addition to freshly baked cakes, cheesecakes, desserts, savoury tarts, pies, sausage rolls, artisan meals, bread and pastries, you'll find all our packaged items - biscuits, chocolates, nougat, and preserves that are made with the same love and care in our kitchen, packaged in-store.

In 2023, we proudly introduced our 'Take & Bake' frozen range, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to bringing the Jocelyn's Provisions experience into your home. Each product in the collection is meticulously prepared by our skilled pastry chefs and carefully frozen to preserve its flavour, texture, and quality. Whether you're hosting a dinner party, celebrating a special occasion, or simply craving something delicious, our 'Take & Bake' range ensures professional-level results with minimal effort, making it easier than ever to bring a touch of Jocelyn’s Provisions into your home.

With our bread bakery located next door to the main kitchen, our bakers live and breathe bread, using only quality grains to create our sourdough, baguettes, ciabatta and seeded loaves, as well as a delicious assortment of buttery pastries. Each loaf is an exceptional example of its variety: the sourdough has a thick crust and a distinct tang, baguettes are crisp-not-flaky with an elastic crumb, and ciabattas have a moist crumb complimented by a chewy crust.
