WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

When do Christmas orders open?

Orders open at 9:00am on Friday the 1st of November.

What are the time blocks?

HOT TIP: If you are wanting to skip lines, you can arrive anytime during your selected time block. Avoid arriving at the start of the time block if you can as wait times will be expected.

Monday the 23rd of December

  • 7:00 - 8:59am
  • 9:00 - 10:59am
  • 11:00 - 3:00pm

Tuesday the 24th of December

  • 7:00 - 8:59am
  • 9:00 - 10:59am
  • 11:00 - 2:00pm
When do orders for the 23rd and 24th of December close?

Orders will strictly close at 1:00pm on Saturday the 14th of December. Unfortunately, we cannot take any Christmas orders after this time.

Please note; each product has limited availability and so we may need to close orders for popular items before the cut-off. To avoid missing out, we recommend orderings as soon as possible!

Can I amend or cancel my order?

There can be no amendments or cancellations of orders for the 22rd and 24th of December after 1:00pm on the 13th of December. This includes; products, product amendments, quantity, location, date and time block.

When do Personalised Gingerbread Decoration orders close?

Orders strictly close at 1:00pm on Monday the 9th of December.

Personalised Gingerbread Decorations are available to order for pick-up between the 1st of December until the 24th of December. So be sure to secure your order so you don't miss out!

What are our Christmas Trading Hours?

December the 23rd: 7:00 - 4:00pm

December the 24th: 7:00 - 3:00pm

December the 25th to January the 5th: CLOSED

January 6th: Normal trading hours resume

When are products available to pick-up?

From November 1st: All Christmas Provisions and Gifting will be available in-store and for pre-orders.

From Mid-November: Fruit Mince Pies will be available in-store only.

From December 1st: The following is available in-stores & for pre-orders ... Bread Wreath / Christmas Cheesecake / Eggnog & Fruit Mince Tart / Fruit Mince Pies / Glazed Ham / Sourdough Country Wheel / White Forest Roulade

From December 9th: The following is available in-stores & for pre-orders ... Mushroom & Leek Pithivier / Spanakopita

December 23rd & 24th: The following is available in-store & for pre-orders ... Berry Christmas Trifle / Complete Catering / Green Beans & Almond Salad / Israeli Cous Cous Salad / Mango Trifle / Potato Salad w/ Bacon / Trio of Salads / Garlic & Cheese Pull Apart

When are products unavailable?

From December 16th: The following products are not available in-stores & for pre-orders ... Flowers (add on) / Focaccia / New York Cheesecake / Occasion Cakes

From December 19th: Artisan Sandwiches are not available in-stores & for pre-orders. Cupcakes & Savoury Cups will only be available for pre-orders, no shop stock.

From December 20th: The following products are not available in-stores & for pre-orders ... Cacio e Pepe Escargot / Ciabatta / Dark Rye / Ficelle / Focaccia / Milk Buns / Mini Pastries & Boxes / Olive Sourdough / Pain de Mie

From December 21st: Bouchons & Mini Bars will only be available for pre-orders, no shop stock.

What Christmas product lead times are there?

We have different lead times for certain products as some items take a little longer to make! Please note; the lead time cut of is 1:00pm.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT PICKING UP AN ORDER ON THE 23RD AND 24TH

Can I collect my order outside of my chosen time block?

We have time blocks to manage the wait times for you!

You can collect your order after your chosen time block has ended if you are running late. However, your order will not be available if you arrive in an earlier time block. This is because our stores get multiple deliveries per day and your order will not have arrived yet.

Will your stores have items to purchase on the day?

ABSOLUTELY!

All our stores will be jam packed with as many goodies as we can fit for you to purchase. Please note; there will be no product holds.

I forgot which time block I selected, how do I find out?

No stress! Just search for your confirmation email which contains the time you chose.

Can we call up and put a product aside?

Unfortunately, we don't accept phone holds for these dates.

We will try our best to answer the phones, however we will be super busy so it is best to come in and check out what we have in stock.

Is the waiting lines located undercover?

Some stores have a portion of the line undercover, but we suggest bringing an umbrella just in case!

How long will it take to collect my order?

Some time blocks are smaller than others, however please allow plenty of time just in case!

Our staff will check over the order with you to ensure you receive all your items. Please be patient as this may add a couple of extra minutes to your visit if you have a larger order.
