Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we charge a delivery fee calculated based on your delivery location. We can also arrange pick up at any of our distribution branches located in Albion, Camp Hill & James St. 

How do I place my orders?

You can place an order by contacting our helpful administration team via phone or email 7 days a week from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Do you have a minimum for delivery?

Yes, we have a minimum spend of $150 on all wholesale deliveries.

Please note; There is no product quantity restrictions, however there are occasional seasonal product availability limitations.

What is the cut off for orders?

Our order cut for the next day closes at 1:00pm everyday.

We make all our products to order and so there are few products that require a longer notice time. For more information on our products and their lead times, please get in contact with our administration team on wholesale@jocelynsprovisions.com.au

Can you help me out if I have missed the cut off?

We understand the unpredictable nature of our industry and the challenges it can throw at us. We’ll always do our best to help out when possible.

I'm not located in Brisbane - am I able to get your products?

While we cannot supply any of our fresh products outside of the Brisbane area, we do have a range of provisions and frozen products available.

How often do you deliver?

We deliver 7 days a week to the Brisbane area.
