STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Best eaten same day. Store in fridge until serving in an airtight container.

Preheat your oven to 185C Fan forced.

Remove ham from all packaging and place in a baking dish to which you add a small amount of water. Place the ham in the oven and roast for about 35-45 mins. Rest, loosely covered in foil, for 10 mins before carving/serving.
