A sour cream pastry bottom and puff pastry lid. Filled with a beautiful mixture of rich slow cooked lamb, carrot, potato and rosemary.

Best eaten same day. Store in fridge until serving in an airtight container.

Remove from fridge and bring down to room temperature (20mins prior). Heat for 40 to 45mins in a preheated 160 degree oven.
