A selection of all three of our delicious salads.

 

Israeli - Silky couscous tossed through lemony feta with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, lashings of fresh herbs and a mustard vinaigrette topped with nigella seeds.

Potato w Bacon - Chat potatoes poached and halved, tossed with dill in a creamy lime and jalapeno dressed topped with a sprinkling of Bacon.

Green Bean & Almond - Crunchy greens and edamame tossed in a confit garlic honey glaze, garnished with toasted almonds.

 

1kg portion of each salad, a total of 3kg. Serves a total of 15 to 18 as a side.

Contains Soy, Almonds, Gluten, Wheat, Rye, Oat, Milk & Sesame.

Store in the fridge in an airtight container. Will last up to 2-3 days.
