We’re famous for it! A moist, fine-crumbed chocolate cake made with sour cream, topped with a creamy & sweet white chocolate ganache. Finished with a sprinkle of candied violets.

Best eaten same day and at room temperature. If eating next day, refrigerate overnight and allow enough time to bring down to room temperature.
